Education
- I grew up in Wichita and attended Allen Elementary, Mead Middle School, and graduated from Southeast High School
- I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Ambassador University in Big Sandy, Texas
- As a hobby I earned my private and commercial pilot licenses and an instrument rating through the Beech Employees Flying Club, with my husband as instructor
An active member of the community
- I have lived and worked in the Wichita area all my life
- Our family moved to Potwin in 1986
- Our two sons, Stephen and David, attended Potwin Elementary and Remington High School
- My husband and I were Cub Scout and Boy Scout leaders for 13 years
- Our sons both earned the rank of Eagle Scout, and both received their pilot licenses while in high school
- I worked at Raytheon Aircraft Company for 13 years as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Supply Management, and was Supplier Diversity Advocate for Raytheon Aircraft for three years
- In July 2007 I became a member of the Potwin City Council

- I began my real estate career in January 2002
- In 2003 and 2008 I was among the Top Fifteen agents in my office in sales
- I was awarded the Prudential Honor Society Award in January 2006 for selling 25 properties in 2005, and the Sterling Society Award in January 2009 for selling 18 properties in 2008.
- As a holder of the e-PRO certification, I apply the latest Internet technology solutions to meet my clients’ real estate needs
- For my buyer clients I hold the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation to better serve them in the home-buying process
